Job Description
This kitchen helper part-time/on-call position is responsible for maintaining sanitation standards, performing cleaning, maintenance, food preparation, stocking, and serving duties in a commercial kitchen, storeroom, dining, and serving area in remote camp locations.

Additional Notes for Out-of-Area Candidates
Residing outside Anchorage and Fairbanks requires travel to these locations for pre-employment testing and training, with associated expenses borne by the employee. Flights to remote locations are also at the employee's expense.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
Work environment involves indoor/outdoor conditions, often exposed to arctic weather, with moderate to loud noise levels. The environment is an industrial kitchen in a remote camp.
Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, and using hands and arms extensively. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., perform physical tasks like stooping, kneeling, squatting, and climbing stairs, often while carrying weight.
