Job Title: Dishwasher

We are hiring immediately for a full-time Dishwasher position at Eurest.

Location: GD/Uber - 8201 East McDowell, Phoenix, AZ 85004. Note: online applications accepted only.

Requirements: Previous food service and sanitation experience preferred. Food handler's certification preferred.

Summary: Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment, and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes, washes by hand or uses dishwashing machine, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
• Washes pots, pans, and trays according to procedures.
• Polishes silverware using appropriate equipment and methods.
• Ensures safety procedures are followed.
• Maintains proper temperatures and chemical levels.
• Keeps dish area clean and safe.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and maintains garbage cans.
• Transfers supplies and equipment as needed.
• Helps load and unload supplies and products.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
