We are hiring immediately for full-time Dishwasher positions at Uber Chicago Cafe, located at 433 West Van Buren Street, Chicago, IL 60607. Online applications are accepted only.

Job Summary

Summary: Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, work areas, equipment, and utensils in an orderly and sanitary condition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes, washes by hand or loads into dishwashing machines, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
• Washes pots, pans, and trays per procedures.
• Polishes silverware using appropriate equipment.
• Ensures compliance with safety procedures.
• Maintains proper temperatures and chemical levels.
• Keeps dish area clean and safe.
• Sweeps and mops floors, cleans work surfaces.
• Removes trash and maintains waste areas.
• Transfers supplies and assists with loading/unloading supplies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
