Job Summary

Summary: Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, and kitchen work areas in sanitary condition.

Essential Duties:

• Scrapes, rinses, and washes dishes by hand or in dishwashers, ensuring cleanliness.
• Washes pots, pans, and trays, maintaining sanitation standards.
• Polishes silverware using appropriate equipment and methods.
• Follows safety procedures and maintains proper temperatures and chemical levels.
• Keeps the dish area organized and clean, including floors and surfaces.
• Removes trash, cleans garbage cans, and transfers supplies.
• Assists with loading and unloading supplies and performs other duties as assigned.
