Job Summary

Summary: Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, and kitchen areas in sanitary condition.
Essential Duties:

• Scrapes, rinses, and washes dishes by hand or machine, ensuring cleanliness.
• Washes pots, pans, and trays; polishes silverware; maintains safety and cleanliness standards.
• Ensures proper temperatures and chemical levels; keeps work areas orderly.
• Removes trash, transfers supplies, loads/unloads supplies, and performs other duties as assigned.
