Job Summary

Maintain dishes, pots, pans, trays, and kitchen areas in a sanitary and organized manner.

Essential Duties

1. Scrape, rinse, and wash dishes by hand or in dishwashing machines ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
2. Wash pots, pans, and trays per procedures.
3. Polish silverware using appropriate equipment and techniques.
4. Follow safety procedures and maintain proper chemical and temperature levels.
5. Keep the dish area tidy and compliant with safety standards.
6. Clean kitchen floors, worktables, walls, and other surfaces.
7. Remove trash and clean garbage cans.
8. Transfer supplies and assist with loading/unloading supplies.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
