Bally's Corporation in Black Hawk, Colorado hires a dishwasher to handle the upkeep of dirty and clean dishes, maintain a clean dish area, and ensure sanitary food handling. The role includes stocking, assisting kitchen staff, and following safety procedures to support guest service excellence.

You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work flexible shifts, and communicate effectively in English. Competitive hourly wages and benefits are offered.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to work flexible shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Develops, maintains a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of Superior internal/external guest service by all team members.
• Wash all dishes, glassware, and silverware, making sure they are clean, dry and spot free.
• Keep dish area, machine, and racks clean and organized.
• Stock all clean dishes in storage locations.
• Take trash out of garbage cans and transport to the dumpster. Replacing all can liners.
• Drain dish machine and disassemble parts for cleaning.
• Sweep and mop every shift or as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
• Keeping chemicals full and replacing them when needed using the proper PPE (personal protective equipment).
• Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of all promotions and events.
• All other duties as assigned.
