Job summary

Bally's Corporation is seeking a dedicated team member for dishwashing duties in a fast-paced environment. You will wash and stock kitchenware, maintain a clean work area, and support service excellence for guests and staff.

The role requires adherence to safety protocols, proper use of PPE, and cooperation with promotions and events as needed. This is a on-site position at our Rock Island location, with opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced food/beverage environment preferred.
• Ability to handle repetitive cleaning and sanitation tasks.
• Capable of standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a service culture to ensure superior guest service by all team members.
• Wash all dishes, glassware, and silverware; ensure they are clean, dry, and spot-free.
• Keep dish area, dishwasher, and racks clean and organized.
• Stock all clean dishes in storage locations.
• Take out trash and replace liners as needed.
• Drain dish machine and disassemble parts for cleaning.
• Sweep and mop floors during shifts or as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain full supplies of chemicals using PPE as required.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
