Responsibilities

• Maintains service culture to ensure guest service by all team members.
• Wash all dishes, glassware, and silverware; keep them clean, dry, and spot-free.
• Keep dish area, machine, and racks clean and organized.
• Stock clean dishes in storage locations.
• Take out trash and replace liners.
• Drain and clean dish machine parts for sanitation.
• Sweep and mop each shift or as needed.
• Follow PPE protocols and maintain chemical supplies.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures.
