Job summary

Bally's Interactive in Stateline, Idaho is seeking a Kitchen Steward to support busy food and beverage operations. You will properly scrape, rinse, rack, and wash china, flatware, glassware, and utensils, maintain clean workstations, and keep coolers and dry storage organized.

You will transport food and supplies, store items safely, empty trash and assist leadership. A team player who communicates in English and can stand, walk, lift up to 25 lbs, and handle bending and stretching will thrive

Qualifications

• Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
• Standing, Walking, Reaching, Kneeling, Carrying, Pulling, Lifting 25lbs, Bending/Stooping, Stretching, Pushing, Turning, Balancing.

Responsibilities

• Properly scrape, rinse, rack, stack and wash all china, flatware, glassware and utensils according to company standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Cleans and sanitizes workstations and maintains cleanliness and organization of coolers and dry storage areas.
• Transports food and supplies to work stations and serving lines as needed.
• Properly use and store food items, kitchen supplies and all food and beverage tools and materials.
• Empty trash in workstations and in kitchen areas, and transports to disposal areas, adhering to operating procedures.
• Work effectively with other employees, vendors, guests and other visitors. Promote positive employee and guest relations by adhering to the Thoughtful Service Model.
• Other related duties as assigned by the Executive Chef and/or Lead Steward
