Job summary

Cooper's Hawk Winery is seeking a dependable Dishwasher to support a high-energy kitchen and dining room. You will help maintain a spotless dish area and assist with light prep as needed in a fast-paced environment.

As part of the Cooper's Hawk team, you will contribute to a smooth service and welcoming dining experience, with opportunities for growth and weekend/holiday scheduling flexibility.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Set up a clean and organized dish area before each shift.
• Clean and restock dishes, glasses, and kitchen tools throughout the shift.
• Keep back dock, trash areas, and floors clean and safe.
• Break down and remove garbage and cardboard to the dumpster.
• Work with the kitchen team to keep supplies moving and stations ready.
• Assist with light kitchen prep or deliveries when needed.
