• Manages tasks to maintain kitchen workflow.
• Follows food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Restocks kitchen and cooking line as needed.
• Performs routine cleaning of the kitchen and assists with cleaning tasks.
• Operates dish machine properly and handles chemicals safely.
• Keeps floors clean and dry; washes, sanitizes, stores dishes.
