Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring dishwashers to maintain a safe, sanitized dish area for staff and guests. Responsibilities include washing and sanitizing dishware, pots and utensils and keeping the dish room clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Must possess a current Food Handler's Card.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Operates an industrial dishwasher.
• Wash dishes, sweep/mop floors, clean equipment and sanitize utensils.
• Keep kitchen work areas clean and organized.
• Handle cleaning of food prep areas and equipment.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures.
• Load/unload trucks and assist during peak times.
