Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro is hiring a Dishwasher to ensure a safe, sanitized dish area for staff and guests. You will wash and sanitize all plate ware, glassware, utensils, and cookware, and keep the dish room clean and orderly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Must possess a current Food Handler’s Card, where applicable.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with team members.
• Learn about all chemicals used in the building and ability to learn to use them properly.

Responsibilities

• Operates an industrial dishwasher and washes dishes, utensils, and equipment.
• Maintains clean and organized dish room and work areas.
• Performs opening/closing and side work as needed.
• Assists prep cook and kitchen staff during peak times.
• Loads/unloads trucks delivering food or supplies.
