P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. seeks a dedicated dishwasher to maintain a safe, sanitized dish area and support kitchen staff. You will wash and sanitize all wares, keep the dish room organized, and assist during peak times to ensure smooth service.

Responsibilities

• Operates an industrial dishwasher.
• Wash dishes, sweep/mop floors, clean and maintain equipment, sanitize utensils.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment or utensils in clean and orderly conditions.
• Clean food preparation areas, facilities or equipment.
• Execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Place clean dishes, utensils or cooking equipment in storage areas.
• Empty and clean all trash receptacles.
• Provide assistance to prep cook and other kitchen staff during peak times.
• Load or unload trucks delivering food or supplies.
• Perform opening, closing and side work.
• Clean up spills or broken glassware immediately.
