Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring a Dishwasher to ensure a safe, sanitized environment for staff and guests.

You will wash and sanitize all plate ware, drink ware, utensils, pots, pans and cooking equipment, while keeping the dish area clean and organized. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Must possess a current Food Handler’s Card, where applicable.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with team members.
• Learn about all chemicals used in the building and ability to learn to use them properly.
• Ability to work around various temperature levels in the kitchen.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate an industrial dishwasher and wash dishes, utensils, and cookware.
• Maintain clean and organized dish room and work areas.
• Assist prep cook and kitchen staff during peak times.
• Load/unload deliveries and perform opening/closing tasks.
• Sanitize and store dishes, utensils, and equipment.
