Xperience Restaurant Group (XRG) is hiring a Dishwasher in a fast-paced hospitality setting in the United States. You will help maintain top cleanliness and sanitation across kitchen areas, support proper setup and operation of equipment, and ensure safe handling of ware and trash throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• 18+ years of age.
• Possession of or the ability to possess all state required work cards.
• Proper lifting techniques.
• Guest relations.
• Sanitation and safety.
• Full service kitchen operations.
• Ability to communicate effectively and assertively in English with staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Maintain highest level possible of cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the area of responsibility, meeting applicable standards.
• Set-up, operate and clean all kitchen machinery/equipment properly and safely.
• Clean and sanitize food service, preparation ware, dish room, pot room and kitchen areas.
• Scrape/spray all ware before placing in ware-washing machine.
• Rack all china and glassware according to dish room standards.
• Ensure ware is clean and sanitary before removal.
• Take out trash as needed.
• Sweep floors and maintain dry, clean surfaces.
• Move and store equipment and supplies as directed.
• Comply with safety and health procedures and liquor laws.
