Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Possession of or ability to obtain all required state work cards.
• Proper lifting techniques.
• Guest relations skills.
• Strong sanitation and safety awareness.
• Experience in full-service kitchen operations.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Set up, operate and clean kitchen equipment safely.
• Clean and sanitize dishes, prep ware, and kitchen areas.
• Rack and sanitize ware according to standards.
• Ensure ware is clean before removal.
• Take out trash as needed.
• Sweep and keep floors dry and safe.
• Store ware properly after cleaning.
• Maintain equipment via preventative cleaning.
• Attention to grease, storage, chemicals usage.
