Xperience Restaurant Group (XRG) is hiring a Dishwasher in California to uphold cleanliness and sanitation across the dish and kitchen areas. You’ll set up and operate dish equipment, maintain organized workspaces, and support loading/unloading tasks while adhering to safety and state liquor laws.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 18+ years of age.
• Possession of state required work cards.
• Ability to lift and carry.
• Guest relations experience beneficial.
• Commitment to sanitation and safety.
• Experience with full service kitchen operations is helpful.
• Clear communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain highest level of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Set up, operate and clean kitchen machinery safely.
• Clean and sanitize dish rooms and prep ware.
• Rack and store china and glassware properly.
• Handle trash and waste per procedures.
• Keep workstation neat and orderly.
• Assist with loading/unloading equipment as needed.
• Follow safety and liquor laws where applicable.
• Report hazards to management.
• Complete nightly/opening/closing duties as assigned.
