Xperience Restaurant Group (XRG) is seeking a Dishwasher to join our fast-paced, full-service kitchen. You will uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety while supporting a busy dining operation.

This role offers competitive hourly pay ($18.47–$19.00/hour), flexible hours, and opportunities for growth within a hospitality-focused team. Applicants must be 18+, eligible to work in the United States, and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• 18+ years of age or older.
• Possession of or ability to possess all state required work cards.
• Proper lifting techniques.
• Guest relations and customer service awareness.
• Sanitation and safety compliance is essential.
• Full service kitchen operations knowledge.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the designated areas.
• Set up, operate, and clean kitchen equipment safely and properly.
• Clean and sanitize food service and dishwashing areas.
• Scrape/spray all wares before washing; rack and store properly.
• Ensure all ware is clean and sanitary before use; take out trash as needed.
• Sweep floors and maintain a dry, safe work environment.
• Move and arrange furniture or equipment as directed by management.
• Comply with safety and health department procedures and liquor laws.
