• Valid Driver’s License and minimum age requirement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain highest level of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the dish area.
• Set up, operate and clean kitchen machinery and store properly.
• Clean and sanitize dishroom, prep ware, and kitchen areas as applicable.
• Ensure all ware is clean and sanitary before use and manage waste appropriately.
• Move furniture and assist with loading/unloading as directed.
