Job summary

Piero's Las Vegas is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to support a fast-paced culinary team in a lively Las Vegas kitchen. You will wash, sanitize, and dry all dinnerware, utensils, and kitchen tools, while maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the shift.

Ideal candidates bring reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to follow detailed procedures. You must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform dishwashing duties in a high-volume kitchen.
• Familiarity with sanitation practices and chemical handling is a plus.
• Must possess or be able to obtain Clark County Food Handler Card.

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and dry plates, glassware, utensils, and kitchen tools.
• Clean and sanitize pots, pans, and food prep equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, hazard-free work area throughout shift.
• Operate dishwashing equipment safely and report maintenance needs.
• Return cleaned items to proper storage and monitor temps/chemicals for safety.
• Support BOH staff to ensure a smooth, sanitary kitchen environment.
