Job summary

The CUT by Wolfgang Puck in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Dishwasher to maintain high cleanliness standards across glassware, tableware, cookware, and kitchen equipment. Responsibilities include load/unload of items, machine operation, temperature monitoring, and daily area upkeep.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of dishwashing experience, familiarity with sanitation standards, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of dishwashing experience, preferably in a high-volume or professional kitchen.
• Knowledge and proper practice of sanitation, food safety, and general hygiene standards.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• 1 year dishwashing or similar experience.

Responsibilities

• Sort, rinse, and load dirty dishes into dish racks for machine washing.
• Unload and store clean items and transport to storage areas or cooks’ lines.
• Rewash items as necessary to meet cleanliness standards.
• Maintain dish machine temperatures and report deviations to management.
• Wash pots, pans, and equipment by hand as required.
• Set up and break down the dishwashing area before and after service.
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.
