Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and strong sense of teamwork.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Set up a clean, organized dish area.
• Follow daily routines and cleaning checklists.
• Restock dishes, plates, glasses, and kitchen tools.
• Keep back dock, trash areas, and floors clean and safe.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to keep supplies moving.
• Help with light kitchen prep or deliveries when needed.
