Cooper’s Hawk Winery is hiring dishwashers to support a fast-paced restaurant and wine program. You will help keep the kitchen clean, stocked, and running smoothly to ensure a great guest experience.

We offer competitive hourly pay, and a benefits package including health coverage, 401k, paid time off, and employee discounts. Candidates should be 18+, capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, and able to work weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and strong sense of teamwork.
• Ability to stay active and focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Set up a clean and organized dish area at shift start.
• Follow daily cleaning routines and checklists.
• Clean and restock dishes, plates, glasses, and kitchen tools throughout the shift.
• Keep back dock, trash areas, and floors clean and safe.
• Communicate with kitchen team and managers to stay ahead of needs.
