Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to help keep our kitchen spotless and ready for service. You will clean dishes, restock supplies, and support the culinary team to ensure smooth, high-quality guest experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to stay active and focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Set up a clean and organized dish area at the start of each shift.
• Follow daily cleaning routines and checklists.
• Clean and restock dishes, plates, glasses, and kitchen tools throughout the shift.
• Keep back dock, trash areas, and kitchen floors clean and safe.
• Ensure a clean work environment by breaking down and removing garbage and boxes to designated areas.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to keep supplies moving and stations ready.
• Communicate with managers and teammates to stay ahead of kitchen needs.
• Be proactive in maintaining a welcoming, clean environment for guests and teammates.
