Qualifications

• Must represent Cooper’s Hawk Values.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with Guests, Managers, and Team Members.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and restock all plates and utensils.
• Maintain the dishwasher as directed.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors as needed.
• Break down and remove garbage and boxes.
• Assist in receiving products when requested.
