Qualifications

• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen and utensils in sanitary condition.
• Maintains general organization, cleanliness, and function of kitchen and culinary areas.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or in the dishwashing machine.
• Washes pots, pans and trays and ensures cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver using automatic methods and maintains sanitation standards.
• Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to ensure safety and sanitation.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas and helps load/unload goods.
