You will operate dishwashing equipment or hand-wash as assigned, maintain safe temperatures and chemical levels, and keep the kitchen area organized and compliant with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.
• Washes pots, pans and trays according to procedures; ensures cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver using appropriate machines and methods to maintain cleanliness.
• Follows safety procedures and maintains temperatures and chemical levels as required.
• Keeps dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to uphold sanitation standards.
