Job summary

Levy, a leading player in Food, Beverage, and Retail services, is seeking a dishwashing attendant to maintain clean dishes, kitchen areas, and related equipment at stadium venues. This role requires physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.

You will help load and unload supplies, transfer materials, and ensure compliance with safety standards while supporting a fast-paced kitchen team under Compass Group.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment.
• Washes pots, pans and trays; maintains complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver using appropriate equipment; ensures sanitation.
• Maintains temperatures and chemical levels per standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors; cleans work surfaces and equipment.
• Removes trash and disposes of it properly.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas.
• Assists with loading/unloading supplies and product.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
