Job summary

Trailborn Jackson Hole is seeking a Dishwasher to maintain a clean back-of-house and support the culinary team. The role includes cleaning pots, pans, china, glassware, and keeping par levels stocked to ensure smooth service.

Responsibilities include following HAACP standards, communicating with staff, and assisting with daily tasks and safety policies in a fast-paced kitchen. This is a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Organization and ability to keep area clean and orderly.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Able to stay organized while assisting cooks.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and smallwares for kitchen operations.
• Clean and sanitize all china, glass, and silverware for optimal FOH operations.
• Maintain ample par levels of supplies for service, making supervisors/management aware any time par levels are not available.
• Maintain all cleaning supplies and equipment in accordance with HAACP standards, as well as proper equipment manuals.
• Effectively communicate with management, chefs, and service staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and or other employees.
• Ensure storeroom requisitions are accurate.
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Follow kitchen policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
