Qualifications

• Ability to clean and keep area organized; assist cooks with prep as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and smallwares for kitchen operations.
• Clean and sanitize all china, glass, and silverware for FOH operations.
• Maintain par levels of supplies and alert management when low.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment per HAACP standards.
• Communicate with management, chefs, and service staff to address guest/employee needs.
• Ensure storeroom requisitions are accurate and up-to-date.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Follow kitchen policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies in handling food and beverages.
