Job summary

Won’t Stop Hospitality is seeking a Dishwasher to support a fast-paced kitchen by keeping dishes, glassware, and utensils clean and sanitized to company standards. You will help maintain a safe, organized dish area and work closely with the Kitchen Manager and BoH Shift Lead to ensure smooth service flow.

Ideal candidates have restaurant/kitchen experience, attention to detail, and a readiness to perform light prep duties while upholding food safety and sanitation policies.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred.
• Basic food handling, sanitation and prep procedures understanding.

Responsibilities

• Assist with organization and flow of the dishwashing area.
• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glassware and utensils as they arrive.
• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure cleaned items are sanitized, dried and stored per standards.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly.
• Replenish clean dishes and utensils to stations as needed.
• Maintain a clean, dry and safe dish area floor and workspace.
• Communicate with BOH and FOH to support service flow.
