Job summary

Won’t Stop Hospitality Inc. in Carmel, Indiana, seeks a Dishwasher to support a fast-paced kitchen. You will help maintain a clean, organized dish area and ensure all dishes, glassware and utensils are cleaned and sanitized to standards, contributing to a safe and efficient back-of-house operation.

Working under the Kitchen Manager and BoH Shift Lead, you will handle chemicals safely, stock stations, and assist with light prep as needed. Previous restaurant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to read, write and speak fluently in the primary language of the property location.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain the dishwashing area for efficient flow.
• Rinse, wash, sanitize, and store dishes, glassware and utensils.
• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all items are sanitized, dried and stocked to stations.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and according to policy.
• Assist with light prep work as needed and keep floors clean and dry.
• Communicate with BOH and FOH to support service flow.
• Adhere to company food safety, sanitation and labeling policies.
