Job summary

Won’t Stop Operations is seeking a Dishwasher to support a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. You will clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils, operate commercial dishwashing equipment, and stock stations to ensure smooth service.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work as part of a team in a restaurant environment. Previous kitchen experience is preferred, with a strong commitment to safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately.
• Strong attention to detail with consistent execution of prep standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Basic knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the organization and flow of the dishwashing area.
• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils as they arrive throughout the shift.
• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Sanitize, dry, and store cleaned items according to standards.
• Manage safe use of cleaning and sanitizing chemicals.
• Replenish clean dishes and utensils at stations.
• Light prep work as needed.
• Maintain a clean, dry, and safe dish area floor.
