Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurants is seeking a diligent dishwasher to keep the kitchen clean and stocked, enabling smooth service and memorable meals. You will work closely with the kitchen team to maintain a spotless dish area and support overall restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and strong sense of teamwork.
• Ability to stay active and focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Set up a clean and organized dish area at the start of each shift.
• Follow daily cleaning routines and complete checklists.
• Clean and restock dishes, glasses, and kitchen tools throughout the shift.
• Keep back dock, trash areas and floors clean and safe.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to keep supplies moving.
• Communicate with managers and teammates to anticipate needs.
