Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans using dishwashers or by hand.
• Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and sanitized according to health standards.
• Assist with waste and recycling disposal.
• Monitor supplies and report inventory needs to supervisor.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain timely cleaning during peak hours.
• Follow company hygiene and safety policies.
• Perform additional cleaning tasks as assigned by the kitchen manager.
