Miskiri Hospitality Group is seeking a dependable individual to fill a dish pit role in a fast-paced kitchen. No prior experience is required, and we train. You will work to keep dishes, glassware, and pots moving to the line, monitor sanitation, and assist with basic prep tasks as trained.

You will be on your feet in a hot, wet environment, maintain a clean station, and follow opening/closing checklists. This position offers growth opportunities as you learn about prep and line cooking.

Qualifications

• No experience required; we'll train you.
• Reliable and on time; the kitchen plans around you.
• Works fast and steady through a rush without falling behind.
• Comfortable standing for long shifts in wet, hot environments.
• Takes direction well and communicates with the line.
• Notices when supplies run low and acts proactively; food handler's card within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen tools by machine and by hand.
• Keep dish area clean, dry, and organized throughout the shift.
• Set up, monitor, and break down the dish machine; log water temps and sanitizer levels.
• Assist with receiving and putting away deliveries.
• Complete opening/closing and side-work checklists.
• Support kitchen with basic prep tasks as trained.
• Report equipment issues or safety hazards to Kitchen Manager.
