Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual; shifts planned around your availability.
• Able to work fast and steady through a rush without falling behind.
• Comfortable standing, wet, hot, and on-your-feet for full shifts.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen tools by machine and by hand.
• Maintain flow of clean product back to the line, bar, and FOH stations.
• Set up, monitor, and break down the dish machine; log water temps and sanitizer levels.
• Assist with receiving and putting away deliveries.
• Complete opening, closing, and side-work checklists.
• Support kitchen with basic prep tasks as trained.
• Report equipment issues or safety hazards to Kitchen Manager.
