Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, pots, and pans by machine and hand.
• Keep dish area clean, organized, and stocked.
• Set up, monitor, and break down dish machine; log temps.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and put away items.
• Support opening, closing, and side-work checklists.
• Report equipment issues or safety hazards to Kitchen Manager.
