Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to keep our kitchen clean and efficient. You will wash and sanitize dishes, assist with prep, and help maintain a safe, hygienic work environment in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Gaming License may be required where applicable.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience as a dishwasher is a plus, but willingness to learn is welcomed.
• Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to lift and carry moderate loads.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand.
• Ensure items are cleaned, sanitized, and stored properly.
• Empty trash bins regularly and maintain a clean dishwashing area.
• Assist with basic food prep tasks as needed.
• Clean kitchen equipment (stoves, ovens, grills, refrigerators).
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures to prevent accidents.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to support efficient operations.
