Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Capable of working fast and steady during rushes.
• Comfortable in wet, hot environments and standing all shift.
• Must take directional feedback and communicate with the line.
• Food handler’s card required or obtainable within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen tools by machine and by hand
• Keep clean product moving back to the line, bar, and FOH service stations
• Set up, monitor, and break down the dish machine; log water temps and sanitizer levels
• Scrape, sort, and stage incoming dishes to prevent pit backups
• Maintain a clean, dry, and organized dish area throughout the shift
• Assist with receiving and putting away deliveries
• Contribute to opening, closing, and side-work checklists
• Support kitchen with basic prep tasks as trained
• Report equipment issues or safety hazards to Kitchen Manager
