Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management's Golden Hour at The Radical Hotel in Asheville, NC is seeking a dependable Dishwasher to join our kitchen team and help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient operation.

The position supports a Michelin Recommended restaurant and operates across a 24/7 environment with varying shift times. Prior kitchen experience is helpful, but a willingness to learn and contribute is what matters most.

Qualifications

• Hold a current Food Handler Card.
• Knowledge of service ware and how to maintain same to compliment guest experience.
• Ability to operate commercial kitchen dish machine in accordance with hotel and health department standards.
• Ability to comprehend and apply written product labeling instructions to enable the safe application of products and processes within the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Sort soiled ware and run through dish or pot machine; maintain storage areas.
• Keep dish machine cleaned and filled with water per hotel standards.
• Clean kettles, skillets, pots and pans promptly for cooks.
• Perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel products while adhering to health standards.
• Maintain clean floors and separate linen from debris.
• Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions to management.
