Job summary

ACGBBQ, LLC., a licensed franchisee of Sonny's BBQ, is hiring a Kitchen Dishwasher to support a fast-paced BOH team. You will maintain hygiene, operate dishwashing equipment, and ensure a clean, welcoming dining environment for guests.

Experience in a restaurant setting and the ability to work under pressure are preferred. Benefits include steady hours and opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Related experience and/or training in the restaurant industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Ability to work in wet and humid conditions and handle cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene.
• Work cooperatively with all staff.
• Keep workstation clean at all times.
• Operate a dish machine with proper chemical levels.
• Follow sanitation regulations and standards.
• Bussing, sorting, rinsing, and racking dishes.
• Wash pots and pans after use.
• Empty trash and keep dumpster area clean.
• Ensure restaurant remains clean and inviting for guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
