Job summary

Sonny’s BBQ is seeking an BOH team member to support dishwashing and related duties in a fast-paced environment. You will maintain hygiene, assist in keeping the kitchen clean, and support teammates to ensure a smooth operation.

Qualified individuals are reliable, able to multi-task, and maintain a flexible schedule. The role offers opportunities for growth and benefits including paid time off after one year and meals while working.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene.
• Work cooperatively with all other staff.
• Keep workstation clean and organized.
• Operate a dish machine with proper chemical levels.
• Follow sanitation regulations and standards.
• Bus, sort, rinse and rack dishes after use.
• Wash pots and pans after each use.
• Empty trash and maintain dumpster area cleanliness.
• Store silverware properly and keep dishes stocked.
• Ensure a clean, inviting restaurant environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
