ACGBBQ, LLC., a licensed franchisee of Sonny’s BBQ, in Georgia, is seeking a BOH Team Member (Dishwasher) to join our fast-paced kitchen. You’ll help maintain cleanliness, operate the dish machine, and support a welcoming dining environment for guests.

Ideal candidates possess restaurant experience, can work independently or as part of a team, and stay calm under pressure while maintaining a flexible schedule. On-site role with competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Related experience and/or training in the restaurant industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene.
• Operate a dish machine using proper levels of chemicals.
• Follow all sanitation regulations and standards.
• Bussing, sorting, rinsing and racking dishes; wash pots and pans.
• Keep kitchen and restrooms clean; restock as needed.
• Maintain floors and work area cleanliness; manage trash/dumpster area.
