ACGBBQ, LLC., a Sonny’s BBQ licensed franchisee, seeks team members for back-of-house duties in a busy North Carolina kitchen. You will maintain hygiene, assist with dishwashing, support teammates, and help uphold sanitation standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Related experience in the restaurant industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high personal hygiene standards.
• Work cooperatively with all staff and keep a clean workstation.
• Operate a dish machine and use chemicals properly.
• Follow sanitation regulations and station procedures.
• Bus, sort, rinse, and rack dishes; wash pots and pans.
• Keep trash areas clean and restrooms maintained.
• Ensure overall restaurant cleanliness and guest comfort.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
