Job summary

White Lodging is seeking an entry-level Dishwasher and kitchen support associate to help maintain a clean, organized back-of-house and support the culinary team in a fast-paced hotel environment. No prior experience is required, and we offer a clear path to grow into culinary or hospitality roles with structured development and rewards.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors, wash worktables, and clean walls of refrigerators and other assigned kitchen equipment using designated cleaning chemicals
• Keep floors and work surfaces free of trash, water, and debris to maintain a safe back‑of‑house environment and prevent workplace accidents
• Scrape food from dirty dishes, pots, and pans, and wash by hand or in the commercial dishwasher
• Sort silverware before cleaning; properly load and unload the dishwasher to ensure sanitation standards are met
• Sort and store all clean china, glassware, silverware, chafers, coffee pots, pitchers, display pieces, and platters using proper procedures
• Assist with unloading product from supply trucks and supporting the culinary team with kitchen tasks as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Physical ability to stand and move at a fast pace for extended periods throughout your shift
