Job summary

Graziano's Group is seeking a dependable dishwasher to support our bustling kitchen in Coral Gables, FL. The role involves washing dishes, glassware, pots, and prep equipment, and maintaining clean, organized work areas during 8-hour shifts from 3 PM to 11:30 PM, including nights and weekends.

You'll stock and transfer supplies, assist with basic food prep cleanup, and ensure safe handling of items in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Prior food safety coursework is preferred.

Qualifications

• Able to stand for long periods and work nights/weekends.
• Experience or coursework in food safety preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans by hand or with a dishwasher.
• Stock supplies in serving stations and storage areas.
• Maintain clean, organized kitchen work areas and equipment.
• Receive, store, and load/unload deliveries as needed.

Available Monday through Sunday and Holidays from 3PM to 11:30PM / 8 Hour Shifts.

Job Summary

Clean dishes, kitchen, food preparation equipment and/or utensils.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and/or pans. Using dishwashers or by hand.
• Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Clean or prepare various foods for cooking or serving.
• Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.
• Sweep or scrub floors.
• Clean garbage cans with water or steam.
• Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
• Transfer supplies or equipment between storage and work areas, by hand or using hand trucks.
• Receive and store supplies.
• Prepare and package individual place settings.
• Load or unload trucks that deliver or pick up food or supplies.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Ability to listen and follow directions.
• Ability to follow safety rules and guidelines throughout the kitchen and restaurant.

Education And Experience

• Prior completion of food safety coursework preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods standing.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds at a time.
