Job summary

Graziano's Group in Coral Gables, FL is seeking a reliable kitchen support/dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and back of house.

You will wash and sanitize dishware, stock supplies, and help prepare food items as needed, while adhering to safety guidelines and maintaining efficient workflow during busy shifts.

Qualifications

• Prior completion of food safety coursework preferred.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and/or pans using dishwashers or by hand.
• Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Clean or prepare various foods for cooking or serving.
• Stock supplies in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.
• Sweep or scrub floors.
• Clean garbage cans with water or steam.
• Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
• Transfer supplies or equipment between storage and work areas.
• Receive and store supplies.
• Prepare and package individual place settings.
• Load or unload trucks that deliver or pick up food or supplies.
